When choosing salads for your function, consider the seasonal availability of produce. We can certainly advise you of what is fresh, in season, and where possible, sourced locally.
- Side salads accompany a main course (eg barbeque or roast meats).
- Small & large salads are meals as they are (or add protein, if you wish).
- Price is inclusive of GST.
- Pre-order required (minimum one week in advance).
- Salads may change if produce unavailable (sometimes our suppliers can not deliver on our order due to seasonal/market availability, so we will advise you if this is the case).
- Please advise of any dietary requirments (GF/Veg/Vegan/Dairy Free).

- Mixed leafy greens & avocado with green goddess dressing.

- Classic Caesar with bacon, croutons, parmesan, hard-boiled egg, cos lettuce & creamy garlic mayo.

- Grain salad (a mixture of lentils, nuts, currants & barley) with olive oil & lemon dressing.
- Giant couscous, roast vegetables, coriander & mint with preserved lemon dressing.
- Green lentil, goats curd & beetroot with lemon & olive oil dressing.
- Grape, almond & barley salad with parsley & French dressing.
- Quinoa, cranberries & dukkah with Middle Eastern dressing.
- Chickpea with roast pumpkin, spinach, cashews & coriander with spicy yoghurt dressing.
- Texan Bean salad with roasted pumpkin, charred corn cob, tomato, pumpkin seed, dukka & spring onion.
Noodles, Pasta & Potatoes
- German Potato salad (with dill pickles, egg, onion, spring onion & dill mayonnaise, add crispy bacon).
- Soba Noodle salad with broccolini, mushrooms, broad beans & red capsicum with wasabi dressing.
- Risoni (rice shaped pasta) with peas, chives & lemon aioli (add smoked trout or other smoked fish).
- Mango, lime & rice noodle salad with fresh Asian herbs & Nuac Cham dressing (add chicken or pork belly).
- Thai Noodle salad with Vietnamese mint & soy dressing.
- Russian salad (potatoes, beetroot, carrots & peas).
- Watermelon, mint & fetta with balsamic glaze.
- Sweetcorn, chorizo & red pepper with fresh herb dressing.
- Moroccan roasted cauliflower with chilli flakes, fresh parsley & toasted almonds.
